Eternal
By Judah Palangyos
There’s a boy named Will
His soul is strong
And his body’s sick
Thankful for all his
blessings
Joyful every day
No tears flowed in his
bed
For it’s not about this
earth
And all the things in it
It’s not even your name
Being written in a grave
It’s the place you’re
going
The gates of heaven
Wearing the golden crown
A wealthy man is sick
He can afford medicines
Still he’s worried
Scared on his bed
He cannot die
And leave all behind
His wealth is his pain
He can’t gain in death
For it’s not about this
earth
And all the things in it
It’s not even your name
Written in a grave
It’s the place you’re
going
The gates of heaven
Wearing the golden crown
