New Friend

• Today  I made a new friend on Facebook - Pastor Antonio Vilchez. He has been a Lutheran for 25 years believing in the Means of Grace. He is Pastor of a congregation in Lima, Peru.

He has been independent for a few years and we chatted about the Gospel summary in Romans 5-1 and our rejection of justification without faith.

Google translate works well to communicate from English to Spanish. I know some Spanish but not enough to communicate extensively my thought processes and Google translate works exceptionally well. I hope to keep up contact with Pastor Vilchez and learn more Spanish chatting back and forth with him. He does well expressing the atonement and justification by faith.

Pastor Vilchez has a side job selling cleaning and hygiene products to support his ministry.
