Rice Support despite the Storm
This year is one of the toughest times I’ve ever witnessed. This pandemic destroyed lives and economy; it closed opportunities; and it ruined all nations. We are starting to recover and the new normal is already accepted by the people.

However, another dilemma entered—a very strong typhoon hit our country. We
prayed hard last night asking God to spare us and save us from this super
typhoon. God answered our prayers. Our
place is spared and the typhoon did not hit us; however, most places in the lowlands,
in Central Luzon and specially the
Visayas were hit and many people are suffering at this moment. We pray for
their fast recovery.
We are blessed this day. Not only was the storm weakened but also the rice was distributed today in one of our mission stations. The other mission station will receive theirs this week.
The Word is
powerful—I remember the story of the Prophet Elijah (1 Kings 17:7-16) where the
jar was never emptied because God is powerful and took good care of His
children.
We
pray that the harvest season will soon come so that we can continue building
our church, our main project which was postponed due to lockdowns and strict
health protocols.
God
bless all the donors —you are the modern
Elijah. May all of you live long to help
more people.
