When LCP and LAMP Unite: The First Wedding- a Success!
Let me first express my congratulations to the first
couple who tied the knot in our mission station. Mysor and Jona, two beautiful people
who decided to be wed last Saturday. At first, there was a confusion because
the LCP/ LCMS was questioning the very existence of our group but what a consolation
when the mom of the groom (LCP member) offered her apology after the wedding.
The church Choir heartily sang a number of wedding songs and hymns despite the heat
The celebration was a joyous occasion because too many people came
to witness the occasion. The municipal mayor and vice mayor who were sponsors also came to extend
their warm congratulations.
All honor and glory to God for the smooth flow of the ceremony and the vibrant wedding reception. Thanks to the help of the church members and the whole community who worked hard and of course the neighboring villages who came to celebrate with the couple.
May the couple's journey be centered on God for His glory!!!
